Returns

14-day returns from the delivery date on unused items in original retail packaging. Electronics must be unused, with all accessories and documentation included — items that have been powered on or registered are not eligible unless defective.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received.
