14-day returns from delivery on unused items in original retail packaging. Electronics must be unused with all accessories and documentation — items powered on or registered are not eligible unless defective. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
